Expansion Of Rail Network To Boost Property Prices In Outer Bangkok

Rangsit is a metropolitan city in Pathum Thani province and part of Bangkok’s metropolitan area. Most of the highly attractive properties are located near the junction of Bangkok’s transportation loops. Since the Blue Line electric train route is currently undergoing expansion from Bang Sue to Tha Phra and from Hua Lamphong to Bang Khae, areas along the Purple Line will become part of the important loop that will link all the important locations together. There will be increased transport coverage and convenience will be greatly enhanced.

Home buyers will find townhome in Rangsit very attractive because it is near the Purple Line route.
