Good Food Guide Awards To The Top Restaurants In Australia

It is important for restaurants to undertake commercial fitouts in Canberra in order to shine. Competition is rather stiff in the industry and customers want a space that is visually impressing and maximizes comfort. A commercial fitout can create a design that will complement the environment with a level of functionality suitable to the dimensions of the space.

Australians gathered on a Monday night for the second annual Good Food Guide awards. The senior judging panel that was composed of Fairfax food and drink writers Terry Durack, Jill Dupleix, Callan Boys and Myffy Rigby handed out several awards and hats to the top restaurants in Australia. Meanwhile, chefs emeritus Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi fed the 800 guests who have spent most of their life feeding others.

The best restaurant award was awarded to Mornington Peninsula newbie Laura. This was the first time that a country diner bested its city counterparts. Brae at Birregurra won the best regional restaurant awards while three Victorian restaurants got three hats and Good Food Guide’s top rating. The Ripponlea which is considered as Australia’s best made it to number 20 among the world’s best 50 restaurants.

The 2017 Good Food Guide gave Attica 3 hats and was generous with its praises of the restaurant’s commercial fitout, food and service. The $295 per person price for a multi-course dinner was worth every penny. According to Brae, this year’s award citation was based on how a restaurant lives and breathes each season and how it makes use of the herbs growing in front of the restaurant.

The sprawling, converted weatherboard house has an ambience of unhurried comfort from the immaculate service, the warmth of the fire in the lounge, the collection of vinyl records and the pre-dessert stroll on the gardens amidst the backdrop of the setting sun.

Many of the top-notch establishments have undertaken restaurant fitouts in Canberra to meet the expectations of the city’s finest diners. The design can vary from the minimalistic look to the visually impressive with original floor plans. Beyond appearance, a team can deliver solutions that will maximize mobility and accessibility for both customers and staff.
